Sapp historical marker dedicated

The new Ky. Historical marker for Ambers Sapp, Fleming County's most highly decorated World War I veteran, was dedicated last Sunday. Shown in the background is the marker for Franklin R. Sousley of Iwo Jima fame. The two men are buried near each other in the Elizaville Cemetery,
