Mrs. Anthony W. “Doris” Oswald, 89, of Louisville, went to her heavenly Home Sunday, May 3, 2009, at Christopher East Nursing Home.
She was the former Doris True, a homemaker and member of the St. Mathews Baptist Church for 62 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Oswald; daughter, Sandra J. Buckner; and a son, Don Allen Oswald.
She is survived by a daughter, Toni Lee Oswald; son-in-law, Robin Buckner (Dr. Robin O’Brian); five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10 A.M. Thursday at Ratterman’s, 3711 Lexington Road, with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
