Eight indicted in County

A Fleming County grand jury handed down indictments Friday against two people allegedly involved with a burglary at Simons Middle School.
Adam Lee Hamilton, 19, and Brandon Kilgore, 21, were both indicted by the grand jury on one count each of third-degree burglary, two counts each of theft by unlawful taking in excess of $300, one count each of second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and one count each of third-degree criminal mischief.
The grand jury also indicted the following individuals:
-- Patricia Ann Pruitt, 32, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, oxycodone; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone; possess of drug paraphernalia.
-- Bradley Edward Stitt, 25, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methadone; possession of marijuana; DUI; and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle.
-- Mitchell Lee Fields, 23, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
-- Kristina H. Simms, 29, receiving stolen property over $300.
-- Robert Tyrone Simms, 26, receiving stolen property over $300.

-- Jade A. Hampton, 35, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, oxycodone; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, alprazolam; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; and DUI.
