Mr. Goodman

Gregory Dean Goodman, 39, of Elizaville Road, Flemingsburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010, in Ewing.

He was born April 16, 1971, in Mason County to the late Joyce Mabry Goodman and Clayton Addison Goodman.

He worked for Inland Containers.

He is survived by his wife, Tonya Goodman of Fleming County; three sons, Tyler Frederick, Derrick Goodman and Nathan Goodman; a daughter, Britney Goodman of Fleming County; and a brother, Chris (Kathy) Goodman of Fleming County.

Services are 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 17, 2010, at the Denton-Workman Funeral Home in Flemingsburg.

Burial will follow in the Mount Tabor Cemetery, Ewing.

Visitation is after 6 p.m. today, Dec. 16, 2010 at the funeral home.

Mr. Selby

Tommy Selby, 77, died Tuesday, Dec.14, 2010, at Fleming County Hospital.

He was born Oct. 27, 1933, in Fleming County to the late Othel Huff and Florence Selby.

He was a retired auto body technician and worked at Bobby Porters Auto Sales, Cheap's and Dolye's. He was a member of Mount Pisgah Church.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jr. Selby.

Survivors include his wife, Lou Selby; a son, Tony Selby of Flemingsburg; two grandsons, Lance Selby and Brandon Grannis; a niece, Vickie Zimmerman.

He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Services are 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, at Mount Pisgah Church.

Burial will follow in the Mount Pisgah Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m., Friday at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home, Flemingsburg.

Mrs. Whisman

Wilma Jean Whisman, 74, died Tuesday, Dec.14, 2010, at Highland Spring Rehabilitation Center in Fort Thomas.

She was born Feb.12, 1936, in Morgan County to the late James Lee and Hazel Davis.

She was employed by Leslie Fay Company as a computer programmer and designer.

She is survived by her husband, James E. Whisman, of Flemingsburg; two sons, Rodney (Valerie) Whisman, of Alexandria, and Gary (Tina) Whisman, of Cincinnati; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by three brothers.

Services are 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, at the Boone-Nickell Funeral Home in Flemingsburg.

Burial will follow in the Fleming County Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
