Mr. Watson

James Brooks Watson, 55 of Flemingsburg died April 3, 2009, at Fleming County Hospital.
Mr. Watson was born Jan. 24, 1954, in Mason County. He was the son of the late James Watson and Wanda Gaines Watson.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Smith Watson; daughter, Candace (Greg) Nowak of Spring Hill, Fla.; grandchild, Alexis Rayne Nowak; and sister, Nancy (Jeff) Overbey of Flemingsburg.
Mr. Watson was a self-employed truck driver for several trucking companies. He was a 1972 graduate of Fleming County High School and a Morehead State University graduate.

Services will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 7 at Denton-Workman Funeral Home, officiated by Brother Michael Burnett
Burial will follow in the Elizaville Cemetery.
Visitation is today, 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Ruark

Billy Ray Ruark, 60, of Flemingsburg, died April 4, 2009, in Flemingsburg..
Mr. Ruark was born Feb. 15, 1949, in Lewis County. He was the son of the late Charles Brooks Ruark and Naomi Virginia Ruark.
Before becoming disabled he mowed lawns for a living.
He is survived by three daughters, Sarah Niece of Flemingsburg, Charlene Bevins of Lewis County and Miranda Ruark of Flemingsburg; two brothers, Stanley Gay Ruark of Mason County, Glen Ruark of Flemingsburg; two sisters April Dawn Justice of Lewis County and Brenda Kay Little of Fleming County; and three grandsons.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Ricky Ruark and Charles Wayne Ruark and a sister, Deloris Ann Butler.
There is no visitation and services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Denton-Workman Funeral home is assisting the family.
