Mrs. Doyle

Karen Lynn Doyle, age 52, of Flemingsburg passed away Thursday at Fleming County Hospital.
Mrs. Doyle was born in Manchester, Ohio, on July 10, 1956. Her parents were the late Ralph and Deloris Davis Cooley.
Survivors include her husband, Mick Doyle; a son, Wade Doyle of Flemingsburg; two grandsons, Dylan Doyle and Trever Warner, both of Flemingsburg; nine brothers and sisters, Christine Henderson of Manchester, Letha Gardner of Flemingsburg, Glenda Dearing of Maysville, Tammy Farmer of Piketon, Ohio, Lorie Toller of Maysville, Jerri Prye of Flemingsburg, Ralph Cooley of Manchester, Troy Brumley of Manchester, and Kevin Brumley of Piketon; and her step-mother, Doris Cooley.
Services are 1 p.m., Saturday at the Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Watson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Fleming County Cemetery.
Visitation is after 11 a.m. until services Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Karen L. Doyle Memorial Fund at Peoples Bank.

Mrs. Watkins

Mrs. Mildred Crawford Watkins, 86, of Cowan passed this life Thursday, April 16, 2009, in the Fleming County Hospital.
Mildred was born in Nicholas County on Jan. 23, 1923, to the late Ed and Pearl Singer Crawford.
She was a devoted member of the Ishmael Chapel Church in Nicholas County. She was a retired employee from Jockey International in Carlisle.
She is survived by three sons, Jerry W. (Bettye) Watkins of Cynthiana, Larry G. (Judy) Watkins of Nicholas County and Jeffery T. (Lecia) Watkins of Fleming County; one daughter, Carol (Alvin) Eckler of Cowan; 22 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Watkins; and three sons, William "Billy" Watkins, Ronald "Ronnie" Watkins and Dennis R. Watkins.
Services are  2 p.m., Monday at Price Bros. Funeral Home in Elizaville with Rev. Mike Watson and Rev. Gaylord Gillespie officiating.
Burial will be in the Carlisle Cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday, 4 - 9 p.m., at the funeral home in Elizaville.
