More of the same

Icy snow, high winds, and drifting snow have brought wild winter back to parts of Fleming County, at least to the eastern part including Bald Hill. Temperatures are expected to drop into single digits tonight and tomorrow night.

Global warming has not yet reached into Northeastern Kentucky.

More snow

A new winter storm has hit Fleming County with winds, snow, and cold weather making the streets nearly impassable. Crews are out with scrapers and salt, working to keep lanes open.

No ice storm is expected, but one to three inches of snow may accumulate.
