Mrs. Roseberry

Dorothy E. Roseberry, 80, of Flemingsburg, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2009 at the Rest Haven Nursing Home in Greenville, Ohio. Dorothy was born March 26, 1929 in Flemingsburg, to the late George and Jessie Jolley Mitchell.
Dorothy was a life member of the American Legion Auxiliary #613. She was a bus driver for Vandalia-Butler, Ohio School District for several years. She enjoyed fishing, making home-cooked meals, canning, gardening with her husband, and most of all spending time with her family. When she was younger Dorothy played the guitar in a family church band.
Dorothy is survived by two sons, Danny and wife Joy Roseberry of Greenville and Kevin Roseberry of Texas; one daughter, Kiela and husband Kris Willetts of New Madison; four brothers, Marvin and wife Beulah Mitchell of Clayton, Ohio, Shirly and wife Earline Mitchell of Dayton, Ohio, Robert and wife Bettie Mitchell of Dayton, and Warner Mitchell of Springboro, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Jr. Roseberry; a brother, George Mitchell and two sisters, Francis Vaughan and Charlotte Lawson.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Storch Braund Funeral Home in New Madison. Rev. Eric Fee will officiate.
Visitation noon – 2 p.m., Thursday, April 16, 2009 at the funeral home. Burial will be at 3 p.m., Friday, April 17, 2009 in the Elizaville Cemetery, Flemingsburg.
