Mr. Roberts

David H. Roberts, age 67, of Carlisle, formerly of Fleming County passed away Friday.
He was born in Fleming County, July 9, 1942. His parents were the late Ira and Leona Hopkins Roberts.
Survivors include seven children, David Jr., Laura, Steve, Angie, Andrea, Robin and Paula; three sisters, Janet Wallingford of Flemingsburg, Wilma (Silas) Himes of Attica, Ind., and Laverne (Robert) McDaniels of Paris, Ky.; three brothers, Kenny Roberts of Flemingsburg, Marion Roberts of Flemingsburg, and Danny Roberts of Washington Court House, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; and a special friend, Carolyn Eitel.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Genevieve Hamilton; and a brother, Dennis Roberts.
Services are 1 p.m., Tuesday at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
Visitation is after 11 a.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Mr. McKee

Hildreth C. (Hillie) McKee, age 85, of Sunset Road, Hillsboro, Ky. passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
Born July 8, 1924, in Fleming County, he was the son of the late Amos and Augusta Sproles McKee.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Anna Stephens McKee, whom he married Aug. 9, 1954; one son, Scottie McKee and his wife, Jill of Hillsboro; one daughter, Linda Williams and her husband, Don of Owingsville; and six grandchildren, Erika Hunt, Joe Hunt, Austin McKee, Cole McKee, Bailey McKee and Braydon McKee.
Also surviving is one brother, Woodie McKee of Poplar Plains; one sister, Gracie Arnold of Flemingsburg; and his favorite dog, Aggie.
Mr. McKee served in the U.S. Army during World War II and retired from the Randall Company in Flemingsburg where he worked in the buffing room for 26 years. He was also a farmer and carpenter and attended the Methodist Church.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at the Hutton Funeral Home in Hillsboro with the Rev. Lowell Rice and Bro. Gerald Saunders officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery with full military rites conducted by the Flemingsburg Franklin Sousley VFW Post 1834 and American Legion Post No. 5. Pallbearers will be Robert Harmon, Donnie Harmon, Calvin Donaldson, Roy Pugh, Bill Story, Marion Story, Stevie Call and Mike Hawkins. Honorary pallbearers will be Dave McKee, Pete Waggoner, Bill Conway and Jewell Call.
Visitation is after 6 p.m., Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at the Hutton Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

Mr. Mineer

Robert (Bob) Neal Mineer, of Pleasant Valley Road, Wallingford died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born Sept. 29, 1946, in Cincinnati, the son of the late Raymond and Lucille Owens Mineer. He was reared by Arch and Lula Mineer.
He was a farmer.
Survivors include three sons, Jeff Mineer of Morehead, Robert Mineer Jr. of Wallingford, and Joey Mineer of Wallingford; a daughter, Jennifer Warder of Flemingsburg; a foster brother, Norman (Joyce) Mineer of Pleasant Valley; a brother, Jerry Mineer of New Richmond, Ohio; four sisters, Barbara Lewis of New Richmond, Annie Gumbert of New Richmond, Violet Planck of Bethel, Ohio, and Mary Ruthie Moore of Batavia, Ohio; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Hicks.
Services are 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at Denton-Workman Funeral Home with Bro. Hilliary Underwood officiating.
Burial will follow in the Martin Cemetery at Wallingford.
Visitation is 11 a.m., until services Monday at the funeral home.
