Mr. Taylor

Ronald James Taylor, 70, of Springfield, Ohio, formerly of Flemingsburg died Monday, Feb. 2, 2009.
He was an electrical engineer at D.P.& L. before his retirement. Ronald was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio, Dec. 22, 1938, to the late Maurice and Gladys Crews Taylor.
His wife, Brenda Emmons Taylor, preceded him death in 2001.
He is survived by two sons, Michael (Hollie) Taylor of Washington D.C. and Ryan (Johnsie) Taylor of Dayton, Ohio; one brother, Carroll Maurice (Linda) Taylor of Fort Myers, Fla.; a granddaughter, Ainsley Grace Taylor; a grandson, Chase Emmons Taylor; and his mother-in-law, Evelyn Emmons.
Services at 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, at the Boone - Nickell Funeral Home in Flemingsburg. Rev. George Sloan will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Visitation is after 5 p.m., today at the funeral home.
