Mr. Boulden

H. Eugene Boulden, 83, of May's Lick passed away Monday, April 12, 2010, at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg.

He was a retired farmer and a member of Second Baptist Church.

Mr. Boulden was born in Fleming County on Sept. 5, 1926, son of the late Horace Franklin and Indianola Turner Boulden.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Emma Ewing Boulden; one son, William E. (Bonnie) Boulden of May's Lick; two daughters, Linda (Timothy) Habern of Cynthiana and Anna (Damon) Turner of Maysville; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother Theodore Boulden of Milford, Ohio; three sisters, Stella Boyd of Maysville, Mattie Chadwell and Rebecca Horton of Lexington; and a step-brother, Melvin Jones of Toledo,  Ohio. Several nieces and nephews and other relatives also survive.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Clarola Williams and Mary Katherine Ramsey.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday at Second Baptist Church in May's Lick.

Interment will follow in the May's Lick Cemetery.

Visitation is noon-2 p.m., Friday at the church.

Palmer Funeral Home of May's Lick is serving the family.
