The Kentucky State Police and the Fleming County Sheriff's Department have arrested Chris Royce, a Hillsboro volunteer firefighter, for two counts of arson 2nd degree for allegedly setting fire to two mobile homes in the Hillsboro area. Royce was arrested Oct. 23 and lodged in the Mason County Detention Center under a $50,000 cash bond.
