Ms. Jett

Bonnie A. Jett, 40, of Flemingsburg and a well-known social worker at Meadowview Regional Medical Center died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Thomas after a brief illness.
Bonnie was born in Maysville on June 6, 1969, daughter of Mary Linville Jett of Flemingsburg and the late Charles W. Jett. She was a graduate of Mason County High School and Morehead State University. She was active in community activities including the Relay for Life and various boards.
Survivors other than her mother are four brothers, John (Sandra) Jett of Mason County, Charles L. (Mary K.) Jett of Hardin County, Robert (Donna) Jett of Bracken County, and Timothy (Paula) Jett of Bath County; a sister, Kathy Malone of Flemingsburg; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Jett.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday at Palmer Funeral Home in May’s Lick with Pastor John R. Dodson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery with her siblings, Charles Lang III and Charles Grandison serving as active pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Charles Lang Jr, Lamont Humphrey and Joey Waddell.
Visitation is 5-9 p.m., today at the funeral home.
