Two arrested for burglary

According to the Maysville Ledger Independent, two Flemingsburg men are in jail for burglary and receiving stolen property after an investigation by the Flemingsburg Police Department.
Police Chief Randy Sergent said Johnny Craig, 21, was arrested Oct. 20 in connection with three burglaries of residences on Water Street. Charles Hopper, 28, has been charged in connection with one of those burglaries.
One residence, owned by Cheryl Harmon, was broken into twice, Sergent said. The first incident occurred in November, the second occurred about three weeks ago.
The second residence burglarized was owned by Susan Scoggins and the incident also occurred about three weeks ago.
