Mrs. Jackson

Louise Jackson, 89, of Evans Sisters Road, Hillsboro died Nov. 19, 2009, in Ripley, Ohio.
She was born in Lancaster on June 13, 1920, to the late Charles Hawley and Polly Wells Hawley.
Louise was an inspector for U.S. Shoe Corporation.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Jackson.
She is survived by a son, Jerry (Sylvia) Jackson of Omaha, Neb., two daughters, Karen (Steve) Brown of Flemingsburg, and Sharon (Bob) King of Hillsboro; six grandchildren, Rodney W. Marshall of Miamisburg, Ohio, Dana (Pete) Updike of Bentonville, Ariz., Troy Jackson of Omaha, Julie (Ronnie) Adams of May's Lick, Jeremy (Denise) Brown of Ewing and Jody Brown of Cincinnati; two step-grandchildren, Lisa (John) Jefferies of Jacksonville, Texas and Bobby King of Flemingsburg; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services are 2 p.m., Sunday, at the Denton-Workman Funeral Home, Flemingsburg. Rev. Norman Wasson will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Park, Flemingsburg.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 21, at the funeral home.
