STEPHEN MILLER NAMED CEO OF PEOPLES BANK

On behalf of the Board of Directors, James Hay, Chairman and President of Peoples Bank of Kentucky recently announced that Mr. Stephen Miller has been named Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Effective January 1, 2010, Mr. Miller will assume responsibility of the day to day operations and activities of the Bank. Steve has served on the Board since January of 2006 and joined the bank staff full time in August of 2008.

“I am very excited to have the opportunity to assume the CEO responsibilities of Peoples Bank,” said Miller. “I want to thank the Board of Directors for their confidence and support. I especially want to thank James Hay for his guidance and leadership during my association with the Bank. I will continue to rely on James for his knowledge, expertise and continued leadership as President and Chairman.”

Steve attended Western KY University and Murray State University where he obtained his BS Degree and completed the Economic Development Institute program at Oklahoma University. Prior to his employment at Peoples Bank he served as Executive Director of the Buffalo Trace Area Development District.

Mr. Hay will continue in the capacity of Chairman and President of Peoples Bank of Kentucky and will also serve Peoples of Fleming County Bancorp (the Holding Company) as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
